Thank you for shopping at TruerRestora. We want every customer to feel confident and satisfied with their purchase. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for orders placed at true-restora.com.
If anything is unclear, email us anytime at support@true-restora.store with your order number, photos (if applicable), and a brief description of the issue.
1) Return Window
We stand behind our products. If you're not satisfied, we'll make it right.
Change of mind / not right for you:
Return within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Defective, damaged, or wrong item:
Notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve it quickly.
To qualify, items must meet our Condition Requirements and include all original accessories.
Before shipping anything back, please request approval by emailing support@true-restora.store.
2) Condition Requirements
To receive a full refund (unless otherwise stated):

Unopened / unused items: Must be in original, intact retail packaging with all manuals and accessories.

Hygiene, beauty, wearable, or personal-care items: Eligible for returns if unused and in original condition.

Electronic devices/accessories: Must have no cracks, dents, water damage, or modifications and must include all parts/chargers.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that arrive used, incomplete, damaged, or outside the allowed timeframe.
3) Non-Returnable Items
For safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

Items marked Final Sale, Clearance, or Non-returnable at purchase

Digital/downloadable products or gift cards

Customized or personalized items

Items returned without prior authorization (RMA)
4) Exchanges
If the item or variant you want is in stock, we will gladly exchange it after receiving and inspecting the original item.
If it is not in stock, we’ll offer a refund or store credit (your choice, where applicable).
5) Returns Process (RMA)
Return approval is required.

Ship the item securely with all accessories included.
Once we receive your item, inspection typically takes 3–5 business days, after which we’ll process your refund, exchange, or store credit.
Returns sent without RMA or to an unapproved address may be delayed or refused.
6) Return Shipping Costs

Change of mind / preference: Customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Defective, damaged, or wrong item: We cover reasonable return shipping or provide a prepaid label (region-dependent).
Refused or undeliverable packages may incur two-way shipping fees.
7) Restocking & Deductions
To keep our prices fair, deductions may apply for:

Missing parts

User-caused damage

Non-resalable or altered packaging
Shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable unless we made a mistake.
Any deductions will be clearly listed in your return decision email.
8) Refund Method & Timing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method (or as store credit if you request).
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of approval. Please allow an additional 3–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account.
For Buy-Now-Pay-Later (BNPL) payments, your BNPL provider will adjust your installment plan per their terms.
9) Defective / Damaged / Wrong Item
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/video showing:

The shipping label
Once verified, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund, and cover return shipping if a return is needed.
For carrier-related damage, you may be asked to keep packaging for claim purposes.
10) Lost Packages & “Delivered but Not Received”
If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the package:

Check with household members or neighbors

Check around your property

Contact your local carrier office
We will assist with carrier investigations, but we will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue, though we cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered.
For added security, please consider choosing signature confirmation at checkout where available.
11) Order Changes & Cancellations
Email us immediately if you need to change or cancel your order.
If your order has already shipped, you may return it after delivery.
Refused deliveries are treated as returns and may incur shipping deductions.
12) Bundles, Kits & Free Gifts

Bundles and kits must be returned complete.

Partial returns may result in a reduced refund equal to the full undiscounted value of the kept items.

Free gifts or promotional items must be returned; otherwise, their value may be deducted.
13) International Orders

Customs duties, taxes, and fees are non-refundable.

Mark return parcels as “Returned Merchandise” to avoid additional import fees.

Customers are responsible for any incorrect or incomplete customs documentation.
14) Warranties
If a product includes a manufacturer’s warranty, we will help you access it.
Unless otherwise stated, TrueRestora does not provide additional written warranties.
This policy does not limit any consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
15) Abuse & Fair Use
To prevent fraud, serial returns, or misuse, TrueRestora may limit returns, refuse service, or close accounts in accordance with applicable laws.
16) Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, where Zorro Assembly LLC is registered.
