Thank you for shopping with TrueRestora. This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed on true-restora.store are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Processing Times

  • Order Handling: We aim to process and hand off all in-stock orders to the carrier within 2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after our daily cutoff time, or during weekends/holidays, will be processed on the next business day.


Transit Times (Estimated)

  • Most US orders arrive within 5–8 business days from the ship date, depending on the delivery address, carrier capacity, weather, and customs (for international shipments).

  • Transit estimates do not include our 2-business-day processing window.

  • During high-volume periods (e.g., holiday season or carrier network delays), delivery times may be extended.


Shipping Methods & Fees

  • Available shipping options and fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight/size, and service level.

  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Eligibility will be displayed at checkout.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if provided by the carrier).

  • Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the shipping label is created.


Split Shipments

To ensure faster delivery, we may ship items from your order in multiple packages at no additional cost.
A separate tracking email will be sent for each package.


Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts

  • Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • TrueRestora is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by:

    • incorrect or incomplete addresses

    • delivery barriers

    • unclaimed or refused packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable or refused:

  • We can reship it (additional postage may apply), or

  • We can refund the item(s) minus:

    • original shipping fees

    • return shipping fees

    • any applicable restocking fees, per our Returns & Refund Policy


International Shipping, Customs & Duties

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country.

  • These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees unless otherwise stated.

  • Customers are fully responsible for these fees.

  • Customs inspections may cause additional delays, and we cannot influence or expedite customs decisions.


Delivery Issues

1. Marked “Delivered” but Not Received

If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package:

  • Check with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier office.

  • If still missing, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan. We will assist with a carrier investigation.

2. Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Email us photos of the packaging and the product within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will help file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund according to our Returns & Refund Policy.

3. Lost in Transit

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period:

  • Contact us, and we will assist in investigating with the carrier.

Important:
Once a package is marked delivered, the risk of loss may transfer to the customer. For higher-value orders, we recommend selecting signature confirmation at checkout when available.


Pre-Orders & Backorders (If Offered)

  • Estimated ship dates will be displayed on the product page or during checkout.

  • Depending on availability, your entire order may ship together, or in-stock items may ship first.


Changes & Cancellations

Need to update your address or cancel your order?
Email us immediately at support@true-restora.store.

If your order has already shipped, we will guide you through the return process once it arrives, in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.


Packaging & Sustainability

We may consolidate items or use optimized packaging to reduce waste, lower carbon emissions, and minimize shipping materials.


Force Majeure

Events outside our control—such as severe weather, natural disasters, customs delays, strikes, or carrier disruptions—may impact delivery times.
